C.E.P. Local 433 is a diversified Local Union made up of approximately 900 members working in 19 different plants. We represent members working in a variety of industries, including the manufacture of corrugated cartons, steam generation, warehousing, milk production (dairy), rubber manufacturing, plastic bags, lumber wrap, pulp chip supply, paper products, envelopes, mill cores, adhesives, document storage and office employees. We bargain Collective Agreements, handle grievances, perform W.C.B. Appeals, and will help our members find appropriate counseling if and when the need arises. We're here to take care of the needs of our members!
